High Polymer Waterproof Sheet Production Line (with Self-adhesive/Anti-adhesive)

High polymer Self-adhesive sheet is based on macro-molecule sheet, composite self-adhesive glue on both sides, pasting barrier film to form a new type of waterproof material.

★Feature: Good structural performance; Strong peeling strength, tensile strength and break strength; Good flexibility; Anti-high and low temperature, anti-aging performance etc. It has long life time and is easy for installation.

★Usage: It is used in project of subway, tunnel and water conservation etc..

★The machine control is integrated by PLC system with parameter setting, data transmission and feedback and alarm etc.

Production processing:

This line is including two parts: Waterproof sheet production line and Adhesive glue coating line. It can produce smooth waterproof sheet independently, or the complete set can produce Self-adhesive/Anti-adhesive Sheet.

Waterproof sheet production line can produce the waterproof sheet independently by extrusion T-die, cooling and winding.

Parts of waterproof sheet production line go through extruding & casting→cooling →setting(no winding),then into the Adhesive glue coating line, it can produce self-adhesive/anti-adhesive waterproof sheet.
